Our German mezzanine strategy invests in commercial real estate debt with approximately a five-year term. Our strategic approach begins from property acquisition and includes added-value investments financing. Term is typically 1-2 years and size of €2 million to €25 million, with loans made to clients with a proven and strong track record.
