Ugo acts as Adviser to the RiverRock Italian Hybrid Capital Fund. 

Ugo has over 30 years of experience in an SME environment.  He spent over 10 years in general management positions firstly as Executive Vice President and Member of the Board of Bertram Yacht (USA), a leading manufacturer of prestigious sportfishing yachts, and subsequently as General Manager of Selle Royal Group, a leader in the bike accessories business. 

He also has over 15 years of experience in strategic consulting, most of which as Associate Partner of Bain & Company Italy, assisting SME’s in developing and implementing their strategies and performance improvement. As a leading member of the Private Equity practice Ugo lead over 70 business DD for PE funds, most of them in the European Market. Ugo spent his junior roles with Pirelli, FIAR, SantaValeria,  

He holds an MBA from SDA Bocconi, an MSc in Aerospace Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and is a chartered engineer.
