Edoardo has 30 years’ experience. Prior to joining RiverRock, he started his career as a lawyer in Italian and English international law firms, where he specialized in financial institutions and financial services regulatory practice, with a focus on asset management and investment services, by advising mainly international clients in their cross-border activities, disposals and reorganizations, as well as in the establishment of subsidiaries and branches for their operations in Italy, and after 10 years, in 2005 he moved in-house as General Counsel and member of the Management Committee of Dexia Crediop S.p.A., an Italian investment bank, part of Dexia Group, active in the Italian public finance sector and debt capital markets.

Edoardo holds a Master Degree in Law (University of Padua, Italy – Faculty of Law) and was admitted to the Italian bar in 1994.
